Our first true, super juicy, New England style IPA. Brewed with Hayden Flour Mills Red Fife wheat and flaked oats. Double dry hopped with Mosaic, Centennial, and Simcoe. Huge aromas of apricot, tangerine, and papaya with a super soft mouthfeel.
A collaborative Arizona version of a crushable holiday brew, made with locally grown gooseberries and Sonoran white wheat from Hayden Mills. Perfect for our 70 degree winters. Brewed in collaboration with Helton Brewing Company and Helio Basin Brewing Company.
Little Emma (named after the very first Arizona steam locomotive), is the result of our desire to drink an insanely crushable American lager. This brew is bursting with a crisp malty/nutty character backed up by mild fruitiness and a perfectly subtle hop bitterness.
Our 3rd offering in collaboration with Chateau Tumbleweed Cabernet grapes, tart and sweet cherries pressed and blended pre-fermentation with a kettle-soured Berliner Weisse wort creates a sour rose with delicate fruit aroma.
Oatmeal Stout made with naturally dried Ethiopian coffee beans (locally roasted from Press Coffee) and blended with cold brewed coffee after fermentation. The addition of whole bean coffee brings out a cherry-like fruitiness which is balanced by the robust flavor of the cold brewed coffee.
East Coaste style IPA – made hazy using oats and wheat in the mash and dry hopped with Rakau and Southern Cross – gets a Western twist with the addition of Tumbleweed Voigner grapes. Juicy and aromatic up front with a bitter finish.
Brewed with the traditional German ingredients and a touch of honey malt, our Kolsch is a true-to-style take on the classic Cologne beer. Biscuit like malt and fruity aromas give way to a clean finish.
